Order Processing & Cancellation: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Order cancellations are only possible if the request is submitted before the order has been shipped and within the cancellation window shown at checkout.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or have had tags removed are not eligible for return. Products that affect resale condition are also excluded.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with clear photos before returning the item. Do not ship the item back until you receive confirmation from our team.

- Confirm Return Eligibility: Ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide the correct return address after approval.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the provided address and email us the return shipment details.
- Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer Responsibility: Returns due to personal preference or non-defective reasons require the customer to cover return shipping costs.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Easterwear will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after inspection. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
